We want you to love what you find at The Blue Store Company. If something isn’t quite right, we’ll make it simple to return.

Returns

  • You have 14 days from the date of delivery to start a return.

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and in their original condition. Shoes should be returned in their original box.

  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be issued back to your original payment method.

  • Please allow a few business days for your bank or card provider to process it.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene reasons, beauty products and personal care items are final sale.
